Test Overview
TRUPCR® Aspergillus Detection & Differentiation Kit is a multiplex Real-Time PCR assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus terreus, and other Aspergillus species from extracted DNA isolated from human bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and sputum samples. The assay includes an Internal Control (IC) to monitor assay performance and ensure reliable results.
