The TRUPCR® HMPV Detection Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for the qualitative detection of Human metapneumoviruses (A/B) specific nucleic acids from respiratory specimens (BAL/ Tracheal aspirate/ Sputum/ Nasopharyngeal aspirate in VTM vial) using Real-Time PCR. The human RNaseP gene serves as an endogenous internal control for human nucleic acid and is also included in this kit.
