TRUPCR ® Toxoplasma Detection Kit is in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection of Toxoplasma gondii specific DNA. In this kit there are two independent reactions running in parallel in single tube: the first detects Toxoplasma gondii on HEX/VIC/Yellow channel & second detects Endogenous Internal Control DNA on TEXAS RED/ROX/Orange channel which allows excluding unreliable results.
