TRUPCR® Flu Panel with RSV Detection Kit (Real-Time PCR Based) is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the qualitative detection & differentiation of common seasonal flu causing viruses - Influenza A (Inf A) viruses, Influenza B (Inf B) viruses, Pandemic H1N1/09 virus (Swine Flu), H3N2 Influenza virus (H3N2) along with Respiratory Syncytial virus (RSV A & RSV B) in respiratory samples and viral cultures. The human RNaseP gene serves as an endogenous internal control for human nucleic acid, also included in this kit. In this kit there are three independent multiplex reactions running in parallel in each tube:
